Delivery :

Your order will be shipped from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and holidays), within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

We offer you the express shipping service with European logistic partners. These shipping options are fast and convenient (normally 2-5 days in Europe, and 3-8 days worldwide), and include a tracking number.

Standard shipping is usually done by e-Packet directly from our factory. It normally takes 10-15 business days or sometimes longer.

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all orders.
  • Expedited shipping is FREE for orders over 150€ (only for European Countries).

You can track your package using your order tracking as well as your email address by going to " Track my order" on our shop.

Something wrong with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed parcel?

With our secure delivery, Nihonto EU handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier by letting you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.

Payment

We use Stripe and Paypal as a platform for secure payment with which you can pay for your purchases by credit card.

When you buy online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers in any way.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payment by Paypal.
However, we do not accept checks or money orders.

All return costs and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We make every effort to satisfy our customers, but if you are still not completely satisfied with your order, then you can submit a refund request from the Contact section of our shop.

Manufacturing

Nihonto knives are all handmade with high-end Japanese steel from Takefu Industries. Some of our models are finished directly in Seki, Japan, the world-famous knife capital. Others are assembled by expert knifemakers in our state-of-the-art facility located in YangJiang, China’s knife-making capital for over 1500 years.

We are proud to offer you our products, which is why we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our kitchen knives.

Nihonto's mission is to democratize high-end damascus kitchen knives. We strive to enable passionate amateur and professional cooks to have very sharp and durable knives without having to spend too much on branding and retail distribution.

To achieve this, we have sourced exceptional materials from Japan and have completely streamlined distribution (direct from factory to kitchen, no middleman), allowing chefs to enjoy professional quality at factory prices.
